The Benefits

Pay-per-Applicant recruitment can be worth far more than a
40% reduction in your recruitment costs*.

By partnering with HR Portal on a Pay-per-Applicant basis, you will reduce your recruitment costs by at least 40% plus and unless you already have one, will give you free ongoing use of an online recruitment platform worth in excess of 75,000 fully configured for your use; Capable of online scoring, sifting and psychometric testing (test reports cost extra), managing vacancy requirements and capable of being depoyed on a National, European or Global basis.

Your organisation will be no longer required to deal with recruitment advertising. All advertising selection and placement will be made by HR Portal. You will still retain full control of your brand and the messages used to advertise your vacancies and your organisation.

If you use our online recruitment platform your control over your recruitment advertising will increase. Simply by setting limits on how many appropriate candidates you seek per vacancy will automatically set the number of applicants which will be able to apply for your vacancy. Plus allowing recruitment consultants to make online applications if advertising isn't generating candidates fast enough is all part of the package.

* Reduction is based on the average cost per hire using recruitment consultants for similar vacanies during the previous 12 months.
