HR Portal has announced that it has partnered with Key Note, the market intelligence company, to prepare what will is intended to be the definitive assessment of the UK’s blossoming online recruitment market.
While the core of the report will follow the tried and tested Key Note format there is a major difference this time – HR Portal want to make the preparation of the report interactive.
David Silverman, HR Portal’s Managing Director, said “It is important to the recruitment industry as a whole to make the report as relevant as possible. This is why we are encouraging all parties (recruiters, employers, job sites, media, etc) to contact us with issues they would like dealt with in the report”.
To contribute suggestions for the report’s contents or structure and even to become involved in its preparation please go to the HR Portal website (www.hrportal.co.uk) and click through on the special link. Anyone interested in contributing ideas should do so before the end of December.
Silverman, who only recently moved over from the FMCG industry, noted that there is a definite need for some proper analysis of the on-line market. “Everyone would like to get a handle on where this industry is going. While crystal ball gazing is not always healthy I do believe that a perspective on how this rapidly growing and changing market could further develop would be useful to many in the development of their own strategies”.
The report will be published in Q1 2003.
